i just started work yesterday..being the first dae, i was requested to go down and reach there by 7.30, which means it is quite early for someone who is working..haha.so it started by being asked to make some dough for the pizza..super sticky and irritating. haha.
ever wonder how issit lyk to stand in the canteen store? ITS FREAKING AWESOME!!! haha. super cool la.u get to see how many ppl are patronising ur stall and u haf a sense of satisfaction when the queues go off and the kids get wat they wan..haha.i'm standing behind the counter, collecting money and orders...hehehe..cool rite?there's lyk so much things to do during work lyk making sure that all orders are correct, making sure kids get their food, ensure that everyone gets to place their orders, cutting the macoroni and cheese for the ppl hu wans it.its just...AWESOME!!! haha.
U noe in canteens, there are places where u can put the plates and stuff and the canteen operators need to do the cleaning??fret not, i'm not the one doing the washing...hehe. i'm the super slack wan...nobody dan can slack oradi. dun care if there's enough food or anything, as long as there is things to do in the kitchen, i'm not involved, unless i'm needed la.how cool is that?haha.
working in the school canteen is really a very enriching thing to do, u get to learn loads of stuff..the worse part, having to memorise the menu..haha. on the first dae, i had to rmb stuff lyk carbonara, bolognese, puttenesca and stuff, and I"VE NEVER HEARD OF IT B4!!! except bolognese.haha.freaking fun when i forget the stuff and haf to ask Aunty Andora, she's such a nice person,really.... she makes sure i'm able to cope and makes sure i eat and drink when i need it..she's damn nice. then there's aunty Andora's mum, she's another nice person, at first when i went to work, i thought i was going to buy my own food, but guess wat? A.A(aunty Andora)'s mum, COOKED FOR ME PERSONALLY!!! its lyk, so honored....and it's been eons since i ate home cooked food(ever since my mum went to work).
haha. everything atr home is fine, both of them cooperating very well. Sean doing his hw, darryl doing his hw too, and hanging the clothes..i really appreciate it...haha. hope everything will go well this year, with Sean's PSLE coming in bout 9 months tym? haha. really mus pray very hard.
