| camp ended todae...it wasnt as fun as the previous YWAV camp but it was still ok la.. one thing that should haf improve in the camp was the quality of the food... 3.50 for one packet/box of lunch? so nopt worth it. the Tzi Char stall at Margret drive also haf food at 3.50 but it is so worth it... -_-" first day of camp was a weird discovery that i was the group leader of my group... i had no idea how to lead a group..fine, so it was relatively easy.But one thing was for sure, i had no idea how to do group devotion...i've never done a devotion in a group. I onli had experience participating in a devotion group. my group was the "Super Mario" though we weren't really that super...the cheer was so hard to come up with until Sam's brilliant idea of using the "Jesus you"re my superhero" song and change it so "mario".The cheer was obviously out of sync and nobody dared to shout... Second day of camp was another day loaded with lots of free time... the intervals of every activity was quite bug so we had quite a period of free time...We intended to play basketball on the last night but it was too dark so they decided to play captain's ball. i didnt play.. i was roaming around the compund until Yao Liang told me they were watching Transformers in the leaders room.Lights out was at 2am but i slept at 3 becos of last minute preparation for devotion the next dae.. haha. i boasted that i was not going to sleep that night but eventually succumbed to fatique..haha. Police came at bout 1.30am.Residents had lodge a complian that it was too noisy and the campers were disturbing.How stupid was that? it was UTTERLY STUPID. how can they be quiteness in a camp?though we were wrong anyway(since it was already a.m?) hahahahahaha. the polica also brought the Canine(if that's the correct spelling..) along. i had no clue that the dogs were so huge.bigger than Sean...hahahahahahahahahaha. AWESOME. Basically, the camp wasnt much fun as expected but it was still nice.the whole bunch of ppl came to my house and watch dvds and play ball.. cool eh? hanging out after church.Ivan fell asleep.. haha.Ivan-->the newest member of the ball kakis.. haha. |
